Cancellation policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026.

  • 1. Free cancellation

Due to the zero-deposit system, reservations can be cancelled free of charge. Notice is kindly requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time.

  • 2. Flexible rescheduling

Activity dates or times can be changed without administrative fees. Notification is required up to 12 hours before the activity start to allow schedule adjustments with local vendor partners.

  • 3. No-shows and late cancellations

The 'Pay on Arrival' system relies on mutual trust. Credit card details are not retained, and cooperation with local partners is encouraged through the following guidelines:

    • Late cancellations: If cancellation within 24 hours is unavoidable, immediate notice is appreciated to prevent unnecessary equipment preparation by operators.
    • No-shows: Failing to appear without notice results in wasted preparation time and blocked slots for local vendors. Communication regarding any changes helps support them.
  • 4. Weather and sea safety cancellations

Participant safety remains the primary priority. If extreme weather causes hazardous sea conditions in Tanjung Benoa, operations may be suspended. In such natural force majeure events, options include:

    • Rescheduling to any subsequent available date at zero additional cost.
    • Cancelling the reservation entirely without any obligation or penalty.
