1. Booking confirmation and validation
All bookings are processed instantly to generate a reservation confirmation page. To protect local partners from fake reservations, the right is reserved to void any booking if the provided contact details (WhatsApp or Email) are invalid, unreachable, or suspected to be fraudulent.
2. Pricing and inclusions
All published rates are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Quoted prices include standard safety gear, professional instructors, shower facilities, and insurance coverage. All activities and inclusions are provided and managed directly by local watersports vendor partners.
3. Health and medical limitations
For safety reasons, pregnant women, and individuals with acute cardiovascular problems, severe back or neck injuries, or epilepsy are strictly prohibited. By completing a booking, guests legally confirm they are in good physical health and fit to join the extreme outdoor activity.
4. Arrival and punctuality
Hotel pickup services are not provided. Guests must arrange their own transportation to the operator's basecamp. If a guest arrives significantly late without prior notice, the local operator reserves the right to reallocate the slot to other waiting participants.
5. Safety compliance agreement
By utilizing the platform, agreement is made to strictly follow all safety instructions, briefings, and protocols directed by the local vendor's certified instructors before and during the watersports activity.
6. Right to refuse service
To ensure a safe environment for everyone, local operators reserve the right to deny participation to any guest who appears intoxicated, behaves abusively toward staff, or refuses to wear mandatory safety equipment. In such cases, the booking is immediately voided.
7. Scope of service and special requests
BenoaTix functions strictly as a reservation platform. The actual execution of the tour, including safety, equipment, and standard inclusions, is the sole responsibility of the local operator. Any special requests, additional on-site services (such as photography), or demands outside the standard inclusions listed on the platform are strictly between the guest and the local operator, and are subject to their approval and additional charges.
