When a reservation is booked on BenoaTix, personal information strictly necessary to process the adventure is collected. This includes the full name, email address, and WhatsApp or mobile phone number.
2. How data is protected
SSL encryption and secure database protocols are used to protect personal details against unauthorized access. Due to the 'Pay on Arrival' system, credit card or financial information is never requested, processed, or stored on the platform.
3. Information sharing with local operators
To ensure a seamless check-in process and fulfill standard insurance requirements, names and contact details are shared exclusively with the chosen local watersports vendor. Personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketing companies.
